The Client agrees that SIA TERRA EXPRESS is entitled to transfer personal data to the company's cooperation partners directly involved in the providing agreed services to the client.
The Customer is entitled to withdraw his consent for the processing of personal data. In this case, the personal data collected, if any, will be deleted, unless prohibited by applicable law. Withdrawal of the consent must be sent to the e-mail address: info@terraexpress.lv. The Client agrees that his personal data will be stored in the TERRA EXPRESS customer management system for 5 years after clients last order, as well as in the accounting system of SIA TERRA EXPRESS in the amount and within terms set by the relevant legislation.
